How long does brow lamination last?
Brow lamination typically keeps your brows looking fuller and neatly set for around four to six weeks, depending on your natural hair and how you care for them. It is a great option if your brow hairs are unruly or grow in different directions, giving a brushed-up, groomed finish without daily styling. We will talk through the look you want beforehand so the result suits your face rather than over-doing it.
Is lash lamination the same as extensions?
No. Lash lamination lifts and curls your own natural lashes from the root, making them look longer and more open with no extra weight and no upkeep — a softer, more natural effect. Lash extensions add individual fibres for extra length and volume. Lamination is ideal if you want a low-maintenance, natural lift to your own lashes. Tell us the effect you are after and we will recommend the right service.
Will tinting suit my colouring?
Yes — we choose a tint shade to complement your natural hair and skin tone, so the result looks balanced rather than harsh. Tinting adds definition to brows and lashes that is especially useful for lighter or sparse hair, reducing the need for daily makeup. If you are unsure, we will start a touch softer; it is always easier to build up than to take away.
How should I prepare for a brow or lash appointment?
Come with clean brows and lashes, free of makeup and oils if you can, as this helps tint and lamination take evenly. Avoid heavy exfoliation around the brows for a day or two beforehand. If you usually shape your brows yourself, leave a little growth so we have something to work with. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, let us know in advance and we can patch test before the service.
Is lamination safe for sensitive skin or eyes?
Lamination and tinting are gentle when carried out correctly by a trained specialist, but everyone is different. If you have sensitive skin or eyes, a history of reactions, or are unsure, we can perform a patch test beforehand for peace of mind. We use professional products and keep the solution well away from the eyes during lash work. Always tell us about any allergies or recent treatments so we can keep your visit comfortable and safe.
