What is a Russian manicure?
A Russian, or machine, manicure uses a precise electric file to clean and shape the cuticle area very neatly, allowing gel polish to sit closer to the skin for an exceptionally tidy finish that lasts longer. It is gentle when done by a trained technician and is popular with guests who want crisp, long-wearing results. We offer it with and without polish, at both Top Master and Nail Expert levels, so you can choose the option that suits you.
How long does gel last before a refill?
Most guests come back for a refill every two to three weeks, depending on how fast your nails grow and how you use your hands. Booking a timely refill keeps the structure strong and prevents lifting or breakage. If you are between a refill and a full new set, message us and we will recommend the right service so your nails stay healthy and looking their best.
Whats the difference between Master and Expert?
Both are skilled technicians who follow the same hygiene standards; the level reflects experience and is priced accordingly. Our Expert level is ideal if you would like a particular technician with more years behind the desk, while Master level offers the same careful work at a friendlier price. Either way you will get a clean, precise result — choose whichever suits your preference and budget.
Do you offer nail art and designs?
Yes — from a single accent nail to full sets with hand-painted detail, French finishes, chrome, ombré and crystal work. The best way to plan a design is to send us a reference photo on WhatsApp so we can confirm what is possible and set aside enough time. Intricate art takes longer, so letting us know in advance means your appointment is never rushed and the finish is exactly how you imagined.
Can you fix or remove nails done elsewhere?
Of course. We carefully remove gel, acrylic or hard-gel extensions applied elsewhere and can repair or rebalance a set that has grown out or lifted. We always check the health of your natural nails first and remove product gently rather than forcing it, so your nails are protected. If a full new set is the better option, we will tell you honestly and talk you through the choices.
