Which hair treatment is right for me?
It depends on what your hair needs. K18 rebuilds bonds broken by colour and heat, Tokio Inkarami restores strength and shine, Keratin smooths frizz, and the Nashi filler and Hair Serenity treatments add deep nourishment. Our stylists assess your hair in person and suggest the most suitable option rather than the most expensive one. If you would like guidance first, message us a photo on WhatsApp and we will recommend a treatment and approximate price.
Why does the price change with hair length?
Longer and thicker hair needs more product and more time to treat evenly from root to tip, so we price by length — Short, Medium, Long and Extra Long. This keeps it fair: shorter hair pays less, and you are never charged a flat rate that assumes the most demanding case. If you are unsure which length band applies to you, we will confirm it at the start of your appointment.
How long do the results last?
It varies by treatment and how you care for your hair at home, but most of our guests enjoy noticeably smoother, healthier hair for several weeks. Keratin and smoothing treatments tend to last longest, while bond-building treatments like K18 work best as part of a regular routine. We are happy to suggest a simple home-care plan so your results last as long as possible between visits.
Can you help very damaged or bleached hair?
Yes — repairing over-processed hair is one of the things we do most. K18 and Tokio Inkarami work at a structural level to rebuild strength, while the Nashi filler restores body to hair that feels thin or brittle. For badly damaged hair we may suggest a short course of treatments rather than a single visit, and we will always be honest about what is realistic. Can I add a treatment to a colour or styling appointment?
Absolutely, and it is often the perfect time to do it — a bond-building or nourishing treatment supports your hair through colouring and helps lock in shine afterwards. Let us know when you book so we can set aside enough time and combine the services smoothly in one visit. We will recommend the treatment that best complements the colour or style you are having on the day.
